Mr. Stephen T. Limpe, is a principal of L3G Medtrics.

Stephen served as Chief Executive Officer of Petro-Chem Development.  Mr. Limpe is a senior corporate executive and entrepreneur with experience in senior corporate management, private equity/merchant banking and investment banking.  He is a Financial Advisor for lower middle-market companies. Mr. Limpe served as Senior Vice President and Principal of Gefinor (USA), Inc.

Mr. Limpe served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Petro-Chem Development Co. Inc. from January 2004 to September 25, 2012. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Limpe served as the President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of beenz.com Inc. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Limpe served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Acoustiguide Corp., where he was a Principle Investor. Since 1990, Mr. Limpe was the co-founder and Partner of Vestrock Partners.

He was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, and general corporate finance. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Bison Partners, L.P. He served as a Director of beenz.com Inc. from 1999 to 2003. He served as a Member of Vestrock USA Inc. until 1994.

Mr. Limpe has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and BSE in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
